Aventis Law Firm was founded in 2020, but the story starts long before that. For almost a decade before that, Nicole worked on the other side: inside the insurance defense firms that represent the largest insurance companies and corporations in the country. She prepared their strategies, she understood their playbooks, and she saw firsthand exactly how they approach injured claimants.

She watched insurers move quickly to minimize payouts, drag out timelines to wear people down, and treat injured Floridians like line items on a balance sheet. She saw how a claimant with the wrong attorney — or no attorney at all — almost always ended up with far less than they deserved.
